APQP4Wind Management Awareness Training

Upon completion of the course and passing the assessment test, participants will receive a certificate directly from the APQP4Wind organization.
By combining lectures, workshops and practical exercises, the Management Awareness Training will provide the management with a basic understanding of the management role in the APQP4Wind process.
This includes an introduction to the APQP4Wind framework, requirements, and tools as well as the needed reflections and discussions regarding the Management Support and Resources to have a successful implementation of APQP4Wind.
Target group
The target group of the APQP4WIND Management Awareness Training is top managers, sales managers, key account managers, quality managers, and process managers involved in managing (parts of) the APQP process at wind power suppliers, sub suppliers, manufacturers, and customers. APQP-related processes are mainly contract and project management, product and process development, and quality management.
