INDUCTION PROCESS

Our induction is all about giving you the best start to your new career in Bureau Veritas.  We want to give you some knowledge about the company, we will provide you with everything you need to do your role effectively from IT to phones to protective equipment.


However induction at Bureau Veritas is not just a two day process, it starts before you walk through the door and then continues after your corporate induction over several months.  It is really important to us that we support you to understand the systems, processes and the people you work with, so that you can give your best each and every day.

We will use individual induction plans supported by peer support and regular contact and engagement with your line manager during these first few critical months.  Most of all, we want you to enjoy working at Bureau Veritas, we want you to bring your own skills and knowledge to help us continue to learn and grow and we want to help you develop in return.

CORPORATE INDUCTION

In these first two days, you will be given a comprehensive overview of Bureau Veritas’ core values, be given a real insight into our company culture and have the opportunity to meet our members.
