Structural safety assessment helps determine the current condition and detect potential damages early. This enables the owner to implement appropriate solutions to prevent and minimize risks. It contributes to extending the lifespan of the structure and reducing repair costs.

Relevant Regulations on Construction Management in Vietnam

  • Construction Law No. 50/2014/QH13 dated June 18, 2014, amended and supplemented by Law No. 03/2016/QH14, Law No. 35/2018/QH14, Law No. 40/2019/QH14, Law No. 62/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020;
  • Decree No. 175/2024/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2024, issued by the Government, detailing and guiding the implementation of the Construction Law regarding construction activity management;
  • Decree No. 06/2021/NĐ-CP, providing guidance on quality management, construction execution, and maintenance of construction works;
  • Decree No. 35/2023/NĐ-CP, amending various decrees under the State management scope of the Ministry of Construction;
  • Decision No. 681/QĐ-BXD dated July 12, 2016, approving the procedure for assessing the structural safety of residential and public buildings;
