BUREAU VERITAS ACCOMPANIES THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF THE CHAN MAY SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT

Bureau Veritas Vietnam extends its sincere congratulations to Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company and FUTALand Real Estate Joint Stock Company on the successful groundbreaking ceremony of the Chan May Social Housing Project (Location No. 8 – Chan May Urban Area).

This project marks an important milestone in the investor’s and developer’s strategy to deliver community-focused real estate, aiming to create a modern, sustainable, and high-quality living environment for local residents.

Impressive Project Scale – A Foundation for Sustainable Community Living

The Chan May Social Housing Project is developed on a 1.9-hectare land area, including:

•  7 blocks, each comprising 6 floors
• Over 51,000 m² of total floor area
• 460 residential units for workers and local residents

Upon completion, the project is expected to provide stable housing for more than 1,000 residents, contributing significantly to social infrastructure development and improving the quality of life in the Chan May - Lang Co area.
