Bureau Veritas to share expert insights on ESG and global market requirements at ITWA 2026 Vietnam

Bureau Veritas is pleased to participate in Industrial Technology World Asia (ITWA) 2026 Vietnam, taking place from 5–7 August 2026 at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC), Hanoi. As co-host of the Vietnam Electronic Forum 2026, together with the Vietnam Electronic Industries Association (VEIA) and VASI, Bureau Veritas reaffirms its commitment to supporting the sustainable growth and global competitiveness of Vietnam's electronics industry.


As part of the conference program, Bureau Veritas will contribute to the conference program through two keynote presentations and participation in a high-level industry panel discussion, providing practical insights into the latest ESG expectations and global market requirements shaping international supply chains.


Ms. Tran Ngoc Diep, Sustainability Project Manager, Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Southeast Asia, will present "New Standards and Requirements of Global Customers for Vietnamese Suppliers," covering emerging buyer expectations on ESG, carbon footprint, Digital Product Passports (DPP), product traceability, and regulatory developments in key export markets. She will also participate in the panel discussion on strengthening Vietnam's position in the global electronics supply chain alongside industry leaders. The session will provide an overview of key trends shaping international supply chains and the new expectations that global buyers are placing on suppliers in Vietnam.


Mr. Nguyen Huynh Thanh Phong, Sustainability Manager, Bureau Veritas Vietnam will present the topic: "ESG and Sustainable Development Requirements in the Global Electronics Supply Chain". His session will explore how ESG considerations are increasingly influencing supplier selection, procurement decisions, and supply chain management across the global electronics industry. Participants will gain practical insights into sustainability reporting, responsible sourcing, carbon management, human rights due diligence, and the growing role of ESG verification in meeting stakeholder expectations.
