Accessing the Global Market with BRCGS Certification Seminar

On October 17th, Bureau Veritas Vietnam, in collaboration with BRCGS, successfully hosted the seminar "Accessing the Global Market with BRCGS Certification," attracting numerous businesses in the food and beverage industry. The seminar provided up-to-date information on the BRCGS version 9 standard and shared practical experiences to help businesses enhance their competitiveness in the international market.

During the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Van Anh, Lead Auditor at Bureau Veritas, conducted an in-depth analysis of the significant changes in the new version of BRCGS, focusing on requirements related to food safety, product quality, and social responsibility. Notably, the seminar emphasized the importance of building a food safety culture within businesses.

Mr. Benz Thomas, a senior expert from BRCGS, shared: "Developing and implementing a food safety culture plan, including communication, training, employee feedback, necessary behavioral changes to improve, performance measurement, and action plans, is crucial." Building a food safety culture is not merely about complying with regulations but also creating a work environment where all members are aware of their responsibility in ensuring product safety.
