Bureau Veritas Vietnam awarded for the construction supervision of Picity High Park project

Catching up with the “green living” trend, the Picity High Park - green apartment project has been the expectation of residents who are living and working in Ho Chi Minh city. With a strong commitment to sustainable development and experience in implementing many similar projects, Bureau Veritas is proud to be a Construction Supervision Consultant, accompanying the Investor in the construction process of building 04 towers - Park 1, Park 2, Park 4 and Park 5.
Picity High Park is the first luxury apartment project built in District 12, located at 9A Thanh Xuan 13 Street, Thanh Xuan Ward with an area of 8.6 hectares. In which, 23% of the total area is used to build 6 towers, 15 to 18 floors high with 2446 apartments and 135 commercial apartments; the remaining 77% of the area is used for green parks and many internal utilities and services which are up to all 4-star standard. The project promises to become one of the best high-rise apartment projects in the Northwest of Saigon and an urban area with comfortable and convenient living space that brings the best quality to the resident community here.
Over 2 years accompanying the Investor, Bureau Veritas has officially handed over and put into use the Park 5 tower in the fourth quarter of 2021. With the current progress, the Park 1, Park 2, and Park 4 towers are expected to be handed over in the first half of 2023.
