On the occasion of the inauguration of the Nhon - Hanoi Station metro line and the first metro line in Ho Chi Minh City, the Bến Thành - Suối Tiên, the French Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City organized a photo exhibition titled "France Brings Solutions for Sustainable Mobility" on January 7th.
In her speech at the event, Ms. Emmanuelle Pavillon-Grosser, the French Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, stated that in France, as in many other countries, the transportation sector is the leading source of greenhouse gas emissions and a major contributor to air pollution. With 200 years of experience in road, air, and maritime transportation, French companies continue to lead in technology and innovation to invent the transportation models of the future and bring them to the world.
Mr. David Martin Ruiz, General Director of Bureau Veritas Vietnam, proudly represented the French companies participating in these projects and shared their experience in the construction and operation of public transportation, especially metro and railway systems.
