Bureau Veritas Vietnam participates in tree planting activities at Thai Thuy wetland conservation area, Thai Binh province

On April 10th, Bureau Veritas Vietnam participated in a tree planting activity organized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV) in collaboration with Airbus Vietnam, the Center for Communication on Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province.
This activity is part of the initiative "Airbus acts with the campaign to plant 1 billion trees," contributing to the realization of the Prime Minister's commitment at the COP26 Conference on climate change response. It also brings practical significance to the local community in environmental protection, forest planting and preservation, and contributes to the conservation and promotion of the ecological value of the wetland ecosystem in Thai Binh.

More than 1,500 mangrove trees were donated, which are highly salt-tolerant and adaptable to muddy soil conditions. These trees not only help prevent erosion but also create habitats for many species. The project also promotes community involvement with the participation of members of the Thuy Xuan Commune Women's Union, Thai Thuy District, who play a key role in forest planting, contributing to environmental conservation and local economic development.
