Why must test Confectionery (Candy, Cake, Jam)?
Testing Confectionery (Candy, Cake, Jam) in accordance with current food regulations is always of interest to all companies because this is a mandatory condition for product announcement under Decree 15/2018/ND-CP before launching a new product on the market. Testing Confectionery (Candy, Cake, Jam) based on what’s food regulation?
The list of testing criteria can be based on product composition, the purpose of use to decide the appropriate product group in food regulation and it must comply with current food regulations.
BVAQ would like to share with you some basic national food decisions/regulations on a legal basis:
- Decision No. 2007/QĐ-BYT – Regulation maximum level of biological and chemical contaminants in food
- QCVN8-1:2011/BYT – National technical regulation on the limits of mycotoxins contamination in food
- QCVN 8-2:2011/BYT – National technical regulation on the limits of heavy metals contamination in food
- QCVN8-3:2012/BYT - National technical regulation of Microbiological contaminants in food
