AWARENESS TRAINING ON QMS (ISO 9001:2015)

OBJECTIVES

ISO Standards, once published are routinely reviewed by the technical committee appointed for the task in view of the dynamics of the industry and the fast-changing requirements of the interested parties.

COURSE CONTENTS

ISO 9000 series of standards which were first published in 1987 brought in a new revolution in the industry across the globe in terms of identifying risks to the business and managing them systematically and in a sustained manner.

This course provided to delegates of:  

• An understanding of the concept of quality and the historical evolution  thereof 
• An understanding of the philosophy behind the modern approaches to quality management 
• An understanding of the basic quality concepts and vocabulary 
• A review and examination of the ISO 9001 requirements 
• An understanding of the potential benefits of implementation of ISO 9001
