On September 29th, 2022 Bureau Veritas participated in the Vietnam - EU Forum: Vietnam-EU cooperation to build diversified and sustainable supply chains as a Speaker. Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien chaired the conference, with the participant of Ambassadors, the Head of the Delegation of the European Union in Vietnam, the Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, and nearly 300 enterprises.
At the forum, Mr. Dang Bui Khue - Training Manager of Bureau Veritas Vietnam shared about Sustainable Development standards such as CBAM (EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism), ISCC Certification on Bioenergy and Biomass.

In addition, the topic of Food Safety is received of great interest to all parties. Bureau Veritas Vietnam has shared and updated the latest legal documents related to exporting goods to the European market, thereby helping businesses understand the list of pesticides, banned substances, additives, and methods of traceability and building a food safety culture.
