On May 25, 2023, HCM City, HDBank continues to be recognized as meeting ISO 9001:2015 standard by BVC (Bureau Veritas Certification).
Previously, in 2014, HDBank was certified by BVC to achieve the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. The process of implementing and applying the quality management system has brought HDBank outstanding efficiency in management and evaluation of the operating process.
By 2017, HDBank had developed a plan to convert to the new version and successfully converted from ISO 9001:2008 version to ISO 9001:2015 version.
With ISO 9001 version 2015, over the past 6 years, the quality management system at HDBank has actively supported the bank in the management and administration of the system, contributing to helping HDBank meet Basel II standards of the State Bank of Vietnam and continue to accompany in upgrading and applying Basel III standards. HDBank has better met customer requirements, improved service quality from changing its appearance to improving service processes to meet international standards.
After 6 years of implementation, with the successes achieved as well as undergoing a rigorous assessment process by the certification body, HDBank has once again been certified ISO 9001:2015 by BVC
