Moon cake testing at BVAQ Vietnam certified by ISO/IEC 17025/2017

Mid-Autumn Festival is an important holiday in the traditions of Vietnamese and Asian countries. Every year, enjoying moon cakes has become an indispensable cultural feature of everyone, showing unity. 
 
Today, when consumer demand for quality, design and food safety is increasing and the government is tightening production activities through strict requirements in testing and certification, many businesses gradually focus on and meet the quality of production of moon cakes with the criteria of diversifying products from rich sources of raw materials. WHY MUST TEST MOONCAKE? 

Testing Moon Cake in accordance with current food regulations is a mandatory condition for product announcement under Decree 15/2018/ND-CP before launching new product on the market. At BVAQ, we always supports your company in making a list of criteria and testing your product in accordance with current regulations that helps you save a lot of time and costs. 

FOOD REGULATIONS ON MOONCAKE TESTING 

The list of testing criteria can be based on product composition, type of cake (Baked moon cake, sticky rice moon cake) to decide the criteria in accordance with current food regulations.
