Last November 5, at Daewoo Hotel (Hanoi), DOT Property Vietnam organized their annual award ceremony. This year, more than twenty-one awards were given to the fourteen biggest real estates developer in north Vietnam. As the Official Member of the Award Advisory Board, Bureau Veritas Vietnam was proud to hand the awards over to all the brilliant developers.

In the context of Vietnam suffering from many negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, an alarm has been raised for human safety, health, and living environment. This is the reason why this year's Dot Property Vietnam Awards came back with the theme "Sustainable development", a key objective for every Vietnam's real estate ecosystem.

The Original Value of the Dot Property Award

The goal of this year's program is to find and honor works that are leading in the trend of sustainable development. To achieve that, this year's awards not only have an evaluation committee and a team of highly qualified experts, but also a set of judging criteria that always keep the original missions, and at the same time keep up with the standards.

The organizers and the advisory board have updated more criteria to evaluate the winners such as the positive impact of real estate on the community (living environment, culture, and landscape), selection criteria for project's building materials, spatial layout planning, construction density, utilities, amenities, results in the investor's annual sustainability reports, certification on green and sustainability standards, human factors, CSR activities, local economic development, and growth, etc.

Contributing to the sustainable transformation of Vietnamese cities and regions.
